YOUR PLAYGROUND
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.
  • PA to Management: Provide administrative support to the management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports and presentations, taking minutes and handling correspondence.
  • Fleet Management: Maintain and manage company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, ensuring proper documentation and managing transportation bookings.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
YOUR TOOLKIT
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management and administrative support.
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or relevant qualification.
  • A valid driving license is required for this role and it is preferred that the workload is spread over 4 working days mainly physically in the office.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills with intercultural competence and empathy, along with a high level of loyalty and discretion.
  • Resilience and ability to handle stress.
  • Fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in Italian is preferred.
  • Being flexible: Our current location is in Wollerau; however, we will be relocating to Zurich at the beginning of 2024.
