YOUR PLAYGROUND

As our Footwear Senior Designer, you'll have the freedom to:

  • Spearhead all design aspects of our footwear collection, from trend research to final product.
  • Unleash your creativity with sketches, design renderings, and 3D tooling designs that push performance boundaries.
  • Collaborate closely with athletes, ensuring designs meet real-world performance needs.
  • Drive 3D development coordination and align footwear collections with apparel and socks.
  • Innovate constantly using our state-of-the-art laboratory to explore groundbreaking solutions.
  • Partner with the Footwear Development Manager and Pattern Engineer to bring designs to life.
  • Lead the charge in creating a cohesive collection overview and dynamic colorways.
  • Travel to the Far East and Switzerland for collaboration and production oversight.
YOUR TOOLKIT

To thrive in this role, bring along:

  • A bachelor's degree in design or industrial design.
  • 4-5 years of experience leading footwear design in running or outdoor/trail running.
  • Mastery of modern hand design skills and 3D design expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of trail running needs and a passion for constant innovation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Office suite.
  • Experience with Vizcom and Rhinoceros (optional) or other 3D design tools.
  • Problem-solving superpowers and a zest for tackling new challenges.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a welcome bonus.
  • A passion for mountain and trail running (a strong plus).
